Tahoe Rim Trail Association

The Tahoe Rim Trail Association (TRTA) is a nonprofit organization powered by a dedicated community of volunteers, members, and partners committed to preserving and enhancing the Tahoe Rim Trail system. Through trail maintenance, conservation, and environmental stewardship, TRTA works to protect the natural beauty and ecological integrity of the Lake Tahoe region while maintaining access to sustainable outdoor recreation. TRTA connects people to the outdoors through volunteer opportunities, educational programming, guided hikes, and youth and community engagement initiatives.
